Prompt: Design a music flyer 8.5 by 11" to encourage audiences to attend a piano ensemble
This was exciting because it was my first assigned project

learning takeaways
the feedback i received from faculty was very helpful and amazing in helping me improve my sense of visuals in regards to typography and most importantly the hierarchy of words. learning the direction to point out what a viewer may see first and how it correlates with what the viewer sees after and so forth really helped me understand the pain points in previous designs, and led me to understand more for future assignments as well.
i was informed that my flyer versions were selected by the client to use for the event, which made me genuinely strive for even more improvement as having my first assignment be chosen was both a relief and also a set into how i can do better.
